01How do we start?+
You reach out with a short description of what you need — event, promo, or ongoing content. I'll ask a few questions to understand timing, location, and goals, then send a quote.
02How does the process work?+
We agree on the concept and date, I shoot on location, then edit and deliver within 10 business days. For planned content (reels, promos), we align on direction before the shoot — so the day itself is simple on your end.
03What do you need from me?+
Mainly clarity on what the content is for, and access — to the event, product, or location. For planned shoots, just show up ready; I'll guide the rest.
04Do you travel outside Vienna?+
Yes — travel costs are calculated separately depending on location.
05Can I request revisions?+
Yes, 2 rounds of revisions are included per project. Anything beyond that is quoted separately.
